Could you be the full-time onsite Project Operations Manager in Plattsburgh, NY, US we're looking for?

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, skilled, and dynamic teammates. You'll align the operational project team with contractual requirements and deliver QCDP commitments of the project. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering), coordinate and animate the operational team of the project, and much more."

We'll look to you for:

  • Coordination and animation of the operational team of the project,

  • Ensuring regular project team meetings, follow-up of open items, arbitration and decision-making power for result optimization,

  • DFQ process support including Gate Review preparation,

  • Efficient and relevant reporting to the Project Manager and ALSTOM Management,

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, instructions, and standards: Code of Ethics & Compliance, EHS, Railway Safety, Quality, Project Management Manual

  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial, supply chain, engineering or another related field,

  • 5 years of experience or understanding of industrial operations and project/site management,

  • Familiarity with cross-functional activity leadership and stakeholder management,

  • Knowledge of supply chain and product management,

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead teams effectively,

  • Capacity for analysis and problem-solving in complex environments
